START LOCATION
CITY...SET...GO! will start at: 10:00 am at Babycakes in Hillcrest.
Check-in will start at 9:00 a.m. Welcome & race instructions will begin at 10:00 a.m. sharp!
Parking in Hillcrest on the weekends can be challenging, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive by 9:00 a.m.
Please plan to be checked-in by 9:30 a.m.
AFTER PARTY
After CITY...SET...GO! be ready to share complimentary refreshments and your experiences with the other competitors at the official post-party. (Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.)
The post-party will include a slide show of the day's activities and of course, PRIZES! You won't want to miss out! The final location is near the start of the race, so don’t worry about getting back to where your car is parked.

WAIVER
Those stick-in-the-mud lawyers have come up with a waivers that we need to collect from each person on race day so you don’t sue the pants off us if you break a nail, so please CLICK HERE to download the CITY...SET...GO! waiver and release.
Be sure to download, print and sign the waiver. Bring it with you on race day!
DRESS
Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather and for running around. Wear shoes that are comfortable to run or jog in. Flip flops and high heels are not recommended!
AND HERE ARE SOME HINTS TO GET YOU READY FOR CITY…SET…GO!
- The first GO!STOP location is probably the most challenging
- You will be traveling by foot or public transportation ONLY during the race. An all day bus pass ($5) for each participant is highly recommended. You can either purchace the passes before the race or during the race.
- NO modes of private transportation allowed (car, bike)
- Change for a twenty dollar bill and some loose quarters handy
- NO using taxicabs
- NO using pedicabs
- You can use Google and are encouraged to do so!
- You can phone a friend and might want to have one standing by with Internet access
- You are encouraged to seek help of friends/teams/strangers
- Don’t be shy!
- Your are encouraged to use technology phone/internet/GPS
- Read clues carefully and follow directions to the letter, everything you need is there
- Take fun photos along the way that will be shared during the after-party
- We will close the course at 5:00 p.m. (most of you will make it back WAY before then!)
- It is a competition, but the primary goal is to HAVE FUN!
